Briquettes of Quebracho Blanco
Our briquettes are characterised by a long burning time of up to 6 hours (indirect grilling) and a very even heat development. The even combustion ensures an almost smoke-free grilling experience and leaves only a little fine, white residual ash. Quebracho Blanco briquettes are odourless and tasteless and consist of 55 mm long power sticks. They are ideal for open and closed restaurant grills.
If the briquettes are not completely used up during grilling, they can be used again for grilling after extinguishing (e.g. with sand).
